By using Local Finds SG, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
What Local Finds SG is
Local Finds SG is a curated directory of independent local businesses in Singapore, operated by Leap Digital. It is not a booking platform. We do not take payments, make reservations, or act as an agent for any business listed.
Listing accuracy and verification
We list businesses we have sourced or that have applied and been accepted. Some listings are Verified: we have talked with the owner, confirmed they provide the services listed, and made sure the details on their profile are accurate. Listings that are not Verified are based on information we believe to be accurate but have not confirmed with the owner. See our Verification page for more. Business details can change at any time, so please confirm anything important with the business directly before you rely on it.
No endorsement of outcomes
We are selective about what we list, and a listing means we think well of the business. It is not a guarantee of the service you will receive on any given visit. Any reviews shown are short excerpts we have selected; for the full picture, see the business's own Google profile.
Information only
Everything on Local Finds SG is general information about local businesses. It is not professional, legal, financial, medical, or other advice.
Dealings between you and a business
Any arrangement you make with a business you found through Local Finds SG is between you and that business. We are not a party to it and are not responsible for the goods or services provided, or for any dispute that arises.
Your conduct
When using the site, you agree not to:
- break any law;
- copy, scrape, or harvest the site's content in bulk without our written permission;
- interfere with the site or try to break its security;
- submit false or misleading information; or
- use automated tools to access the site at a rate that disrupts it.
Business listings and applications
If you apply to be listed, you must be the owner of the business or someone authorised to act for it, and you are responsible for the accuracy of the information you give us. Listing is by invitation and is not for sale: we do not sell placement, ranking, or the Verified badge, and there are no paid tiers. We may edit, decline, or remove any listing at our discretion. Business owners should also read the Listing Terms.
Intellectual property
The Local Finds SG name, logo, layout, and original writing are the property of Leap Digital. You may not reuse them without our permission. Information about a business belongs to that business, not to us.
Links to other sites
Where we link to a business's website or social media, or to Google, those sites are not under our control and a link is not an endorsement. We are not responsible for their content.
Availability
We aim to keep the site available and up to date but do not guarantee uninterrupted access, and we may change or remove any part of it at any time.
Liability
The site is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, Leap Digital is not liable for any loss arising from your use of the site, from reliance on any listing, or from your dealings with a business found through it. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under Singapore law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore, and the Singapore courts have exclusive jurisdiction.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The "last updated" date above shows when they last changed. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
